 Dave brings expertise in commercial management and leadership with a passion for strategy and its successful implementation.  He brings to your business strategic planning tools and skills.  And the ability to create a practical do-able business plan composed of effective sales, marketing and operations action plans.   This includes  a system of tracking and tracing key measures creating the ability to predict next moves.  Regular and rhythmic reviews to create accountability and inclusion and to communicate results and re-action.    The production of the plan is not as important and the regular and methodical thinking that goes into its production.Your people execute what they help create.
